I don't do reviews in general, but this is a worthy one. Our heating and hot water went down in early Feb. I'd had three quotes — all different, all guessing — I was on the verge of spending £3k. Ming came round and within an hour had the system back up. Tidy, methodical, conscientious. It cost me £200. He literally saved me £3k.

We cannot thank Ming enough. We had very low hot water pressure and were told by two engineers via our energy supplier that we needed a new water cylinder. Instead of just quoting, Ming did a much more thorough analysis and managed to clear the airlock after detaching some old pipes. £70 — and he saved us so much more.

We've used this company twice and both times they've been amazing. Ming quickly diagnosed our boiler and saved us a ton of money — he found a manufacturer repair scheme we never knew about. Without his knowledge and honesty, we would have replaced the boiler, spending thousands more.

Ming went above and beyond to fix my boiler. No payment required until properly running. He saved me a fortune by diagnosing a circuit board fault. He could easily have recommended a new boiler costing thousands, but he didn't. A man of integrity with pride in his job.

Ming is the sort of boilerman you need. A real no-nonsense guy who is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced. I'm sure a lot of other "experts" would have tried to sell me a new boiler or some expensive parts by now. Not Ming.

Ming is our hero. He was the fourth plumber we called to resolve issues with our newly installed boiler. He used his superior knowledge to diagnose that an error by the original fitters had caused a relatively unusual problem.
